It's okay to take your time deciding on the right color. Most paint stores will allow you to reject a mixed color if you are disappointed with the results, but they will not appreciate mixing gallon after gallon of paint that just isn't quite right. Have the paint mixed only after you are certain you have the perfect color. Then, if you are disappointed, you can refuse it. Once you walk out the door with specially mixed, purchased paint, it cannot be returned.
